Feldesman Health Care Compliance Counsel Natalie Lesnick will present “Challenges for Small Covered Entities: How to Build a Robust Privacy/Security Program with Limited Resources” at the 43rd HIPAA Summit, taking place April 7-10, 2026.  

Ms. Lesnick will draw on her work advising federally qualified health centers, behavioral health providers, and other health care organizations, to explore the realities and regulatory expectations facing organizations with constrained capacity.  Her presentation will highlight actionable steps and thoughtful approaches covered entities can take to strengthen their programs, address operational hurdles, and enhance their overall compliance readiness.
