Feldesman Managing Partner Ted Waters and Partner Nicole M. Bacon will speak at the 2024 National Community Action Partnership (NCAP) Convention in Seattle from August 28 – 30, 2024. With over 50 years of support for Community Action Agencies, Feldesman will share its wealth of experience with NCAP attendees.

On Wednesday, August 28, Ms. Bacon and Mr. Waters will host “Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs): Collaborate or Become One, Choices and Considerations” from 1:45 – 3:00 p.m. Both attorneys will use their extensive knowledge to offer ideas for FQHCs to improve their roles in the community. Later in the day, Mr. Waters and Ms. Bacon will return for a roundtable discussion on fiscal hot topics from 3:45 – 5:00 p.m.

Mr. Waters and Ms. Bacon will present “Making Your Dream Team A Reality: Creative Ways to Meet the Head Start Staff Qualifications” on Thursday, August 29 from 3:15 – 4:30 p.m. In this session, they will provide numerous tips and strategies for Head Start organizations to adhere to all programmatic requirements.
