Feldesman is pleased to announce partners Adam J. Falcone, Gabriel S. García, and Steve Kuperberg will speak at the National Association of Community Health Centers’ (NACHC) CHI – Community Health Conference, taking place August 16-18, 2026 in Las Vegas. 

Mr. García and Mr. Kuperberg will discuss key considerations for health centers exploring partnering with or operating an infusion center in the session Infusion Centers and 340B: a Case Study for Improved Access and Compliance. Throughout their presentation, they will examine potential benefits through 340B program prescription drug savings and provide practical guidance to mitigate compliance risk.

In Mission and Margin: Aligning Clinical, Cultural, and Financial Integrity in ACO Selection, Mr. Falcone will present a structured evaluation framework for health center leaders navigating the expansion of Medicare and Medicaid value-based care partnerships with Accountable Care Organizations (ACO). Drawing on his deep experience, Mr. Falcone will address how to  assess various risk arrangements, identify contractual red flags, and ensure partnerships support the health center mission.
