Feldesman Managing Partner Ted Waters will provide a crucial update on federal grants law and regulations for attorneys at the DC Bar on July 10, 2024.  His half-day presentation, “The Changing Landscape of Federal Grants Law 2024,” will focus on the recent major changes to the Uniform Guidance, pandemic-era audit findings, and the developing areas of congressionally directed spending and conflicts of interest in research grants.  Drawing on his decades of experience advising and training clients on federal grant compliance, Mr. Waters will offer attorneys in attendance a unique view of how to serve clients and be prepared as federal grant rules and guidance continue to grow and develop.
