Feldesman Partner Marcie H. Zakheim will present two sessions at the 2025 Nebraska Community Health Conference, hosted by the Health Center Association of Nebraska (HCAN), on September 8–9, 2025 in Nebraska City, NE.

On September 8, Ms. Zakheim will lead “Navigating and Operationalizing Recent Legal Developments Impacting the Health Center Program,” a comprehensive session focused on helping health center leaders respond to fast-moving regulatory changes. She will address key legal updates related to program funding, Medicaid, Executive Orders, and PRWORA, and offer strategies for maintaining compliance and sustainability.

The following day, she will deliver the closing keynote, “What Events in DC Mean for Nebraska Health Centers.” Ms. Zakheim will offer insights into recent federal legislative and administrative actions, including the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, HRSA grant conditions, and 340B updates, and discuss their implications for health centers and their patients.
