Feldesman Partner Mindy Pava to Present on Research Security at HCCA Conference
Feldesman Partner Mindy Pava will speak at the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) Research Compliance Conference, taking place from June 2 – 4 in Orlando, FL.
Ms. Pava will examine the federal government’s evolving approach to research security during her session, “Mastering the Research Security Morass: New Standards, Enforcement Priorities, and Guidance During a Complex Time.” Her presentation will address recent rulemaking, compliance expectations, and enforcement priorities of the new administration. With extensive background advising research institutions on federal regulations, Ms. Pava will offer practical insights to strengthening internal controls, policies, and managing institutional risk in response to heightened federal scrutiny.
