Feldesman Partner Phillip Escoriaza will present at the 2026 Asociación de Salud Primaria de Puerto Rico Annual Convention, taking place August 27-29, 2026 in Río Grande, Puerto Rico. 

In “Health Center Strategic Alignment,” Mr. Escoriaza will offer practical insights into recent legal, regulatory, and compliance developments affecting health centers across Puerto Rico.  The session will highlight FTCA and cybersecurity issues, 340B contracting protections, the new Change in Scope of Project Policy Manual, and the proposed Uniform Guidance updates. Throughout his presentation, Mr. Escoriaza will emphasize the importance of managing risk and maintaining compliance as rules and expectations continue to evolve.
