Feldesman Partner Mindy Pava will deliver key legal insights with the scientific research community during two sessions at the upcoming 2025 Society of Research Administrations International (SRAI) Annual Meeting. 

Ms. Pava will lead the conference’s annual legal update, highlighting significant developments in federal grants law.  Her presentation will explore evolving funding priorities, emerging litigation trends and recent regulatory changes impacting research institutions.  

In her second session, “Order in the Court? Litigation Challenges to the Trump Administration’s Agenda,” Ms. Pava will provide a detailed analysis of high-profile court cases challenging Executive Orders and their implications for federal grantees.
