Feldesman Partner to Present on Federal Grant Compliance at the 2025 National Service Training

Feldesman Partner Scott Sheffler will speak at the 2025 National Service Training (NST), hosted by America’s Service Commissions, taking place April 8–10 in Atlanta, GA. Scott will lead three sessions focused on the growing urgency of federal grant compliance, presenting to an audience of more than 600 AmeriCorps grantees.

In his session titled “Update on Recent Executive Actions Affecting Grantees,” Scott will explore recent policy developments and their implications for grant compliance, including updates on Executive Orders and regulatory trends impacting AmeriCorps programs.

On Wednesday, April 9, he will present “Timekeeping in AmeriCorps,” a practical session spotlighting common audit findings and best practices to ensure accurate, compliant timekeeping.

Later that day, Scott will take part in a Q&A session, addressing attendee questions on recent Office of Inspector General investigations, areas under increased scrutiny, and the complex compliance landscape for AmeriCorps grants.
