Feldesman Partner Susannah Vance Gopalan will present on Medicare care management opportunities for health centers at NACHC’s CHI & Expo taking place August 17-19, 2025 in Chicago, IL.  

During her session, “How CHCs Can Revolutionize Patient Experience and Outcomes for the Medicare Population Through Care Management,” Ms. Gopalan will offer practical guidance for federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) as they consider the benefits of care management, both for their patients and for their health center.  Well-known for her experience in Medicare and Medicaid payments and compliance, Ms. Gopalan will also offer legal insight into the program requirements and payment methodologies for Medicare care management.
