Feldesman Of Counsel Marty Bree will present at the Florida Association of Community Health Centers (FACHC) Annual Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from July 28 – 31, 2024.  This annual gathering brings together the top agencies, legislators, and key individuals working in health care services.

On Tuesday, July 30, Mr. Bree will lead the “FTCA Update” and discuss the latest challenges facing the program and how to prepare for the 2025 redeeming season.  Additionally, Mr. Bree will cover the FTCA site visit process, touch on gap insurance, and walk through scenarios health centers encounter on a regular basis.
