Feldesman Partner Scott S. Sheffler will speak at the 2024 ABA Forum on Building Access to Justice for All in Rancho Mirage, California from October 23 – 25, 2024. Mr. Sheffler will contribute his extensive experience advising federal grant recipients to the audience of state Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) Programs. 

On Thursday, October 24, 2024, Mr. Sheffler will speak on the panel “Federal Grant Funds as a Supplemental Funding Resource: The Structure and Details (IOLTA).” During this session alongside leaders from IOLTA programs in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio, he will discuss managing federal grant opportunities, focusing on compliance risk and management.
