Feldesman Partners Speak on CCBHC Collaboration at NatCon25

Feldesman Partners Susannah Vance Gopalan and Carrie Riley will present at the National Council for Mental Health Wellbeing’s NatCon25, taking place May 5–7, 2025, in Philadelphia, PA.

Ms. Gopalan will speak during the CCBHC Forum preconference event on Sunday, May 4, where she will address the use of Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCOs) to deliver services within the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. Drawing on her extensive legal experience in Medicaid policy and behavioral health systems, she will outline key contracting, compliance, and operational considerations for CCBHCs partnering with DCOs.

On Tuesday, May 6, Ms. Riley will present “Strengthening CCBHC and Federally Qualified Health Center Collaboration.” With nearly two decades of experience advising community-based providers, she will offer strategies to foster and expand partnerships between CCBHCs and FQHCs to more effectively meet community needs.
