Feldesman’s Managing Partner Ted Waters and Partner Nicole M. Bacon will speak at the Community Action Program Legal Services, Inc. (CAPLAW) National Training Conference on June 4 – 6, 2024 in Los Angeles.  CAPLAW’s National Training Conference is attended by numerous leaders in areas related to issues and challenges frequently faced by Community Action Agencies, Head Start programs and other nonprofits. 

On Wednesday, June 5, Mr. Waters and Ms. Bacon will present their session “Specialized: Healthy Potential: Community Action and Federally Qualified Health Centers” from 3:45 – 5:00 p.m. During their discussion, Mr. Waters and Ms. Bacon will offer helpful guidance for Community Action Agencies on affiliating with health centers to provide a broader scope of services and to achieve financial stability for frequently underserved communities.
