Alexander M. Jurenka

Alexander M. Jurenka is based in the California office. Mr. Jurenka focuses his practice on health care litigation and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on provider-payor disputes.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Jurenka was an associate attorney in the Sacramento office of a national law firm, as well as a California-wide law firm, where he represented hospitals and medical professionals in civil litigation matters. During his time in law school, Mr. Jurenka worked as a Patent Specialist, with an emphasis on biotechnology applications. Mr. Jurenka also interned at a medical device company where he worked on projects related to patent litigation, mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and global trade.

Mr. Jurenka utilizes his educational background in microbiology to advance his health care clients’ interests in connection with the scientific issues that arise during the course of their litigation.
