Anders L. Bostrom

Anders L. Bostrom is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Health Care practice. Mr. Bostrom advises health care providers, physician groups, management services organizations (MSOs), health systems, health care technology companies, private equity sponsors, and investors on health care transactions and regulatory compliance. His practice focuses on health care mergers and acquisitions, physician practice acquisitions, MSO transactions, ambulatory surgery center transactions, and provider affiliations.

Mr. Bostrom represents clients through every stage of complex transactions, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, regulatory approvals, closing, and post-closing integration. He regularly drafts and negotiates purchase agreements, management services agreements, physician employment agreements, and other transaction documents while advising clients on corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) compliance, physician compensation, corporate governance, and operational matters.

Mr. Bostrom also counsels clients on the regulatory issues associated with health care transactions and business operations, including the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, state licensure and provider enrollment requirements, and payer contracting. He has represented physician practices, health systems, and investors in transactions throughout California and nationally.
