Madelyn J. Phinney supports clients in complex litigation, with a focus on federal administrative, regulatory and immigration matters. She has experience handling appellate and district court cases involving statutory interpretation, constitutional issues, and administrative law.

Before joining Feldesman, Ms. Phinney served as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Office of Immigration Litigation, where she managed discovery in complex cases and advised on litigation strategy in matters of national scope. Her prior experience includes work with the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, and the Chester County Public Defender’s Office.
