Mallory C. Marchant is an Associate in the firm’s Health Care practice group. Ms. Marchant focuses her practice on transactional and regulatory health care matters. She represents federally qualified health centers, behavioral health providers and other health care entities in contract matters, including participation agreements with managed care organizations and provider networks. She regularly assists clients with compliance, regulatory and risk management issues, with a particular emphasis on health care technology, data privacy and security, and fraud and abuse laws.

Prior to her joining the firm, Ms. Marchant was a Health Care Associate for a regional law firm in Seattle. Ms. Marchant represented health care and technology clients in digital health transactions, and she supported multiple hospital systems as outside general counsel. Additionally, her litigation experience includes development of case strategy for administrative hearings and civil trials for both health care and non-health care clients.

During law school, Ms. Marchant clerked for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Kimberly J. Mueller in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
