Tara N. Ohrtman

Ms. Ohrtman is an Associate in the Firm’s Health Care practice, where she advises health care organizations on litigation, investigations, regulatory compliance, and related matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ohrtman practiced at an international law firm, focusing on complex litigation, investigations, and federal antitrust matters. She subsequently served as Counsel with the Public International Law & Policy Group, advising governmental and civilian clients on peace negotiations and public policy matters.

Before attending law school, Ms. Ohrtman held positions with the federal government at both the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, where she focused on judicial nominations.

Ms. Ohrtman maintains an active commitment to public service and has worked on a variety of pro bono matters, including federal criminal defense and human rights advocacy.
