Feldesman Partner Rosie Dawn Griffin will be a panelist during the Fiber Broadband Association’s webinar on enhancing Tribal Broadband from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, August 22, 2024.

During the “Advancing Tribal Broadband: Navigating Technology, Grants, and Compliance for a Flexible and Scalable Future” panel, Ms. Griffin will share crucial insights into the latest round of broadband technologies funding for Tribes and Tribal Nations, with particular attention to managing and complying with the intricate terms and conditions of these federal awards.  The session will also address the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program (TBCP) and the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program, with Ms. Griffin discussing how Tribal communities can capitalize on these resources. Through her deep knowledge of federal grants law, with a specific focus on sovereignty afforded to Tribal governments, Ms. Griffin will provide valuable takeaways for leaders to achieve further inclusion and success in their communities.
