Feldesman Partners Rosie Dawn Griffin and Mindy B. Pava will present during the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI) Virtual Research Administration Conference this Spring.  

Their session, “Year 2024 Expected Enforcement Priorities: What Research Institution Grantees Should Anticipate” will take place on Friday, April 26 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. ET. Ms. Griffin and Ms. Pava will provide a background of 2023 trends with investigations, settlements, disclosures and whistleblower cases related to the False Claims Act before offering their insights into how federal enforcement agencies will approach these areas in 2024.
