FTLF Senior Counsel Phillip Escoriaza will present “CDBG-DR Matching for Non-Federal Share Program” during the Puerto Rico Chapter of the National Grants Management Association (NGMA)’s monthly meeting on October 21, 2021, from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm ET.  The presentation will review CDBG-DR key programmatic and fiscal requirements and discuss allowable uses of disaster relief funding.
