FTLF Partner Susannah Vance Gopalan recently presented at the Information Technology Solutions Management for Human Resources (ISM) and Public Human Services Attorneys (PHSA) Education Conference held in Kissimmee, FL, on September 11, 2023. This event brought together leading minds in the field to discuss crucial topics impacting public human services and community-based organizations.

Ms. Gopalan was joined by Samantha Holcombe, Senior Director for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Together, they led a session titled “Keeping Pace: Understanding and Navigating Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers’ Model Expansions and Opportunities.” Their session delved into the latest policy updates regarding the Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers (CCBHC) program, shedding light on potential strategies for state and local governments to adapt and thrive within this evolving landscape.
