Feldesman Partner Scott S. Sheffler will speak at the 2024 National Service Training taking place April 24 – 26, 2024, in Minneapolis. Over 1,200 volunteer and service program providers, state and territorial commission staff, and AmeriCorps federal agency partners will attend this conference, hosted by America’s Service Commissions.

On Wednesday, April 24, and again on Thursday, April 25, Mr. Sheffler will present “Allowable Costs: Navigating the Cost Principles within AmeriCorps.” Managing AmeriCorps federal grants, and their complicated conditions, often presents challenges to programs. Mr. Sheffler’s session will cover allowable and unallowable cost items and common risky circumstances for AmeriCorps program management.
