Feldesman Partner to Present at 2024 P&I Forum

Dianne K. Pledgie, Partner and Compliance Counsel, will present on emerging compliance risks for health center boards at the National Association of Community Health Centers’ Policy & Issues Forum in Washington, DC next week. 

Ms. Pledgie’s session, “Cybersecurity, Conflicts of Interest, and More: The Role of the Board and Health Center Risks,” will discuss strategies, oversight, and policies for governing boards to consider in their health centers. During the presentation, Ms. Pledgie, who has decades of experience advising health centers on implementing effective compliance programs and on addressing top compliance risk areas, will examine HIPAA requirements related to security incidents, compliance work plans, and conflicts and disclosures.
