FTLF Partner Nicole M. Bacon has been invited to serve as a panelist at the upcoming American Bar Association Public Contract Law Section’s Public Procurement Symposium in New Orleans, from November 2 – 4, 2023. This event will focus on crucial topics pertaining to federal, state, and local procurement. 

Ms. Bacon’s panel “Grants 101: An Introduction to and Refresher on Federal Grants and What May Be Changing” is scheduled for Thursday, November 2, from 2:15 – 3:45 p.m. The session will delve into the essential aspects of the Uniform Grant Guidance, the correlation between grants and contracts, and flow-down requirements for contracts and subawards.
