FTLF Health Care attorneys were highlighted by the Bureau of National Affairs for their role in the decision of Cmty. Health Case Ass’n of N.Y. v. Shah. FTLF successfully argued that Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s) in New York were improperly reimbursed under the State’s process for making wraparound payments to centers that provide services to Medicaid beneficiaries in managed care.
