Feldesman Partner Adam J. Falcone will present during the 30th Annual Health Law Institute in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, taking place on March 12 – 13, 2024. 

Mr. Falcone’s session, “FQHC Program Requirements and Key Considerations for Collaborative Arrangements”, will occur on Wednesday, March 13 from 2:15 – 3:15 p.m. In his presentation, he will address financial and legal governance requirements for federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), as laid out by the Health Resources and Services Administration. Additionally, Mr. Falcone will discuss ways for FQHCs to improve their program and collaborate with other health care organizations under this federal framework.
