Michael Glomb, a Partner in the firm’s health care practice, presented an analysis of key compliance requirements of the 340B Drug Discount Program as part of a June 4 webinar on 340B pharmacy contracting sponsored by the Bar’s Health Law Section. Mr. Glomb emphasized the importance of a robust compliance program in light of the increased scrutiny of the 340B Program by Federal officials, Members of Congress and drug manufacturers.
