Preparing for SBA Questions in the Loan Forgiveness Review Process
As many commercial businesses and nonprofit organizations are submitting their Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) loan forgiveness applications, considering the possibility of “second draw” loans, and looking back over 2020, it is a good time to discuss preparation for potential Small Business Administration (“SBA”) scrutiny.
