FTLF’s Kathryn Watson recently published an information bulletin to inform Ryan White grant recipients about the history of the federal Section 340B Drug Discount Program (the “340B Program”) and compliance concerns within the 340B Program.  The bulletin provides an overview of the legislative history of the 340B Program, identifies five 340B compliance risk areas, and examines current trends within those 340B compliance risk areas.
