By | Published On: February 28, 2024

In her presentation at the National Grants Management Association (NGMA) Annual Grants Training this morning, Deidre Harrison, Deputy Controller, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), announced that the Final Rule updating the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) as codified at 2 C.F.R. Part 200 is approaching completion, with a goal of being issued in “weeks, not months.” Additionally, the highly anticipated final issuance is expected to be accompanied by an extensive preamble.
