Feldesman’s Managing Partner, Ted Waters, along with Partner Nicole M. Bacon, are slated to host a pre-conference session at the 2024 National Head Start Conference. The Conference is scheduled from April 15 – 18, 2024, in Portland, Oregon, where members of the Head Start community will convene to exchange insights, foster network connections and recognize the dedicated efforts of their peers.

Ms. Bacon and Mr. Waters will present, “The Changing Nature of the Federal Grant Environment – What’s up with the Uniform Guidance?” on Tuesday, April 16 from 2:45 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Their session will delve into the recently announced updates to the Uniform Guidance, offering valuable insights into its implications for Head Start programs nationwide.
