Feldesman Senior Counsel Phillip A. Escoriaza will lead a federal grants compliance course at the National Grants Management Association’s Orlando Pop-Up today.

Mr. Escoriaza’s session, “Where Did All the Time Go? Ensuring Your Compliance with Time & Effort Rules” will dive into one of the top compliance findings for federal grantees. During his talk, Mr. Escoriaza will discuss the Uniform Guidance regulations surrounding time and effort, including the purpose behind the rules, importance of documentation, flexibilities within the requirements and dangerous practices for federal grant recipients to avoid.
